Job Purpose and Background

Are you excited by the idea of helping to develop a brand new role? A role which will occupy a core position in the continued growth of CDP supporting the companies, cities, states and regions who use our disclosure platform to report their sustainability data.

Do you enjoy developing teams to build excellence in service delivery, and acting as a chief liaison point for key internal stakeholders?

As part of our overall global growth strategy we are seeking a motivated and organised individual with a background in stakeholder engagement, relationship building, team leadership and business development to manage our vibrant Disclosure Operations Team in the UK.

In support of and reporting to the Senior Operations Delivery Manager, it will entail critical activities to support the successful delivery of CDP’s disclosure cycle, as well as business development and team management. There will be a range of opportunities to engage with stakeholder teams across CDP, such as becoming the liaison point for our pivotal Corporate and Supply Chain operations.

This would involve establishing relationships with key people in those teams and ensuring clarity on the details of processes, handover points, deliverables, tracking progress and reporting on these.

You would also use these relationships to gain early insight into business needs and to explore opportunities for simplification and improvement of departmental and organisational processes.
