About the Team:
The People Services Team are responsible for all the aspects of our team members day to day employee lifecycle from onboarding to off- boarding. A team of specialists in different geos support our teams needs covering employee admin, systems, data, policy, & rewards, benefits and payroll. Focussed on the overall experience of our team, they are responsible for ensuring we have clear guidance, tools and support to be effective, whether as a manager or a team member.
About this role:
Our People Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the end-to-end employment lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, providing administrative and operational support. Maintains and enhances employee record keeping, assists with onboarding and handling general inquiries. Works closely with the People Partners and other stakeholders to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the People & Workplace Experience function
What you will do:
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy,
Track and reply to internal and external queries.
Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks.
Payroll.
Document management, scheduling and electronic file maintenance.
Assisting with onboarding.
Providing support to employees by answering questions, resolving issues and providing information.
Supporting the development of HR policies and procedures.
Actively contribute to an effective and engaged team,clear on its purpose and contribution, by:
Ensuring you know what is expected of you,through regular 1:1’s, having clear objectives in place, and participating in open and honest performance and development conversations.
Ensuring a respectful and inclusive workplace, where team members communicate openly, share knowledge so it can be used, and respect difference.
Living the CDP Values and demonstrating the behaviours appropriate to your position.
Internal stakeholders include: CPO, Global Director of Talent, Head of Communications & Community, Workplace Experience Manager and Coordinator.
Engagement Partner and wider People Experience Team, People throughout organization.
External stakeholders include: Vendors, other service providers.
We're looking for:
Native German speaker with excellent English skills (B2)
Knowledge of German labour law.
Experience of working with Works Councils.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal, project management and communication skills
Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
Technologically savvy.
Ability to anticipate, identify and resolve issues that may arise
The ability to handle confidential information.
Salary and benefits: The salary banding for this role is up to €70,000/year. Holidays and benefits in accordance with local regulations. This is a hybrid role requiring weekly time in the office.
Final offer amount depends on multiple factors such as candidates experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data.
