For example, the Data Analytics & Reporting team has grown from 4 people to 10 in just 12 months. I, like my other CDP colleagues, are mission driven. CDP is an incredibly dynamic and vibrant workplace. Since I joined about 5 years ago, the number of companies disclosing to CDP has almost doubled and so has the size of our global team. Although our mission is very ambitious and we still have a lot to tackle, it's very rewarding to see that our work has an impact as more and more companies, cities, states and regions are embarking on the journey of measuring and managing their environmental impacts. I really value the opportunities for learning and development at CDP, both technically and personally. There are so often internal training courses and workshops you can easily sign up for, including communication skills and Excel which really helped me when I first joined as an apprentice. The courses are recorded and there are also on-demand training playlists available, so if you can’t make it on the day you can work through it when you have time. CDP is also a very flexible employer, with opportunities for flexible and hybrid working available, which makes it much easier to find a routine that works for you.
